If you are joining me on the phone, try and find a place that is calming and quiet. Other people's energies can affect the reading. If you do not have a private space at home, the car or a park are also good options.

You're welcome to bring tools to transcribe or record the session.

Prior to the appointment, It is helpful to write down the questions you want to focus on. If you are having trouble wording a question, I can help with this during the session.
